SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

Spray foam is a chemical product created by two materials, isocyanate and polyol resin, which react when mixed with each other and expand up to 30-60 times its liquid volume after it is sprayed in place. This expansion makes it useful as a specialty packing material which forms to the shape of the product being packaged and produces a high thermal insulating value with virtually no air infiltration.

MINERAL WOOL

INSULATION

Mineral wool is any fibrous material formed by spinning or drawing molten mineral or rock materials such as slag and ceramics.

Applications of mineral wool include thermal insulation (as both structural insulation and pipe insulation, though it is not as fire-resistant as high-temperature insulation wool), filtration, soundproofing, and hydroponic growth medium.

FIBERGLASS INSULATION

Fiberglass is a common type of fiber-reinforced plastic using glass fiber. The fibers may be randomly arranged, flattened into a sheet (called a chopped strand mat), or woven into a fabric.

The plastic matrix may be a thermoset polymer matrix—most often based on thermosetting polymers such as epoxy, polyester resin, or vinylester—or a thermoplastic.

FOIL INSULATION

An insulation solution used on furred-out masonry walls, AA2 is remarkably easy to install and effective in improving building performance and comfort. Fi-Foil reflective insulation is one of the fastest growing technologies in the world. It’s designed to get you R-value for less, saving labor and material.

FIRE RETARDANT PAINT

A paint based on silicone, casein, borax, polyvinyl chloride, or some other similar substance; a thin coating reduces the rate of flame spread of a combustible material.

INSULATION REMOVAL

If you have fiberglass insulation in your attic that’s dusty, wet, infested with animal debris, or simply not as effective as an insulator anymore, it’s time to remove and replace it.

We can help you by removing fiberglass batts and roofing debris when you consider a retrofit foam job, gut remodel, new electrical wiring or simply want a rodent mess removed. We dispose of the insulation at the municipal dump.
